Thai Airways are doing their little bit when it comes to being environmentally friendly. The airline is the first to provide its carbon footprint information on its signature dishes served during flights. The president of the Thai national airline, Piyasvasti Amranand, explained that the menu will include all the info required regarding the amount of greenhouse gases produced in each dish. One example is Chicken Mussaman Curry with steamed Thai Hom Mali Rice (13.6 kg CO2 e per 250g serving).
